Most commercial soaps are actually synthetic detergents. Our soap is made using the traditional cold process method with natural ingredients like shea butter, essential oils, and sea salt to keep your skin hydrated and smelling manly.
How long does a typical bar of Dr. Squatch soap last?
A bar of Squatch soap typically lasts 2-3 weeks with daily use. To extend the life of your bar, we recommend using a Soap Saver to keep it dry between showers.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Absolutely! We have a 'Sudisfaction Guarantee.' If you don't love your products, contact our support team within 30 days of purchase and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
The majority of our products are vegan, and we never test on animals. Some specific items, like our honey-based soaps, contain sustainably sourced animal byproducts, which are clearly listed in the ingredients.
How does the subscription service work?
Our subscription allows you to save on every bar. You can choose your favorite scents and delivery frequency, and you have the flexibility to swap scents, skip a month, or cancel at any time through your account portal.
